School Social Worker

Carla

Conestoga Valley School District’s Social Work Department consists of three social workers. Katie Reiff covers grades K-5 and Jena Mable covers grades 6-8. I am Carla DiClemente and I am the Secondary School Social Worker/Home School visitor; I cover grades 7-12 and assist our Spanish-speaking population (K-12).

As school social workers, we connect students and families to resources in our community to help meet your needs. We can provide assistance with housing resources, food and clothing bank referrals, applying for state assistance, work with the homeless population, along with any other needs that might be a barrier to your child’s education.
